- any vehicle that did not stop at the building were eliminated.
    
    - Public Security and Privacy Article (PSPA) 194-2342 prevents surveillance from multiple locations from being combined unless an active warrant has been issued, so nearby buildings used as a destination to avoid surveillance cannot be ruled out.
    - 6 days prior to reported disappearance of [Lucque Champlitte](npc/lucque) by [Vincenso Champlitte](npc/vincenso) a local employee-owned transportation service stopped in the building's loading dock area for 114 minutes, and then departed.
